Feel the adrenaline of the asphalt on your skin with Road Rash, as you dive into a legendary and intuitive 2D arcade-style motorcycle racing and action game. Your main goal will be to compete in dangerous illegal street races, dodge oncoming traffic, and cross the finish line in first place.
The main appeal of Road Rash lies in the perfect combination of pure speed and violent hand-to-hand combat. As you navigate sharp turns and dodge cars or obstacles on the road, you’ll have to punch, kick, or snatch weapons from rival riders to knock them off their bikes at full speed. However, you’ll need to be careful with your aggression—falling off your bike will force you to run on foot to retrieve it, costing you valuable time, while the presence of police patrols could end your race and result in fines. As you win races, you’ll earn money to buy faster, more maneuverable bikes to conquer the most challenging tracks.
What are the main features of the game Road Rash?
- Fight rival motorcyclists using punches, kicks, and weapons to knock them to the ground.
- Dodge cars, trucks, and dangerous curves on secondary roads open to traffic.
- Avoid being stopped by the police after an accident so you don’t lose money or get eliminated.
- Invest your winnings in motorcycles with better acceleration, top speed, and traction.
Attack your rivals just as they’re entering a curve or when an oncoming vehicle is approaching: Landing a kick while your opponent is leaning or off-balance will completely destabilize them, causing them to crash directly into traffic. This will guarantee you take them out of the race without risking a counterattack, leaving the path clear for your victory.
